The next from our series of animated shorts, we’d love to introduce you to Sophie and Alex, the Owls. They’re really glad our flexible tenancies mean they can feel settled in their new home for the long term. And our modern and stylish apartments with work from home spaces and super fast broadband definitely get a twit-twoo from them.⁠⁠

These films were realised by a remarkable Bristol-based creative team Roos and Emma, @stopmotionroos @whiterabbitanimation.

Introducing the first from our new series of animated shorts and part of our “Make your mark” campaign. We’re excited for you to meet James the Schnauzer, he’s very impressed with his spacious apartment with furniture included, which our on-site team has helped him make his own.

Interview with Beth from The Poetry Machine and Catherine from Art Acumen

As part of our public art programme, Art Acumen commissioned local Bristolian poet Beth from The Poetry Machine to connect with the local community and write a piece that is an authentic reflection and celebration of culture and characteristics of the area. Entitled “Make our mark”, the poem’s stanzas appear in four locations around the site and are intended to be discovered and connect with the local public.

Meet our lovely on-site team

We wanted to introduce you to some of the members of our on-site team, who are there to help you at every step from taking in parcels and coordinating maintenance and repairs, to organising social events with your neighbours.

Meet Scott, our Senior Resident Services Assistant, Karina and Tomas, who are Front of House and Scott, who is part of the Maintenance and Facilities team.

The roof terrace is a dream; it is a lovely space to relax. The gym is great quality and well maintained. The communal lounge is a nice social area to meet neighbours. The building is fantastic and so perfectly put together, I have loved every minute of living here.

The design of the building is beautiful, and everything has been carefully considered to make living easy. The gym is great and we love the communal facilities, especially when working from home. The management are great and very quick to respond to any queries or problems.

The community around here is great. Just at the back of the apartment block you have Old Market, which is full of small, independents cafes, bars, eateries and retailers. Temple Meads train station is a 2-minute walk away, as well as bus stops. The area/street itself is quiet, even though it's in the city centre which is nice.

In comparison to other rental places it's a lot more professional. The staff are really lovely.
